The client wanted to automate the first rounds of interviews to minimize manual HR workload and expedite the hiring process. They required a platform to conduct AI-based voice interviews that could objectively evaluate applicants and provide actionable insights for recruiters.
As a result, we developed an AI-powered interview platform to conduct adaptive voice interviews, analyze applicant responses, generate comprehensive interview reports, and get audio recordings and transcripts of interviews. This AI interview platform fosters a more efficient, scalable, and consistent recruitment process. It also enables faster applicant short-listing, data-driven hiring decisions, and prompt placement.
