Overview of the Client
Haptrix is a new hardware-based project that innovates the world of physical gaming by offering gamers a haptic seating experience and LED flooring technology. This project is tailored specifically for die-hard gamers, racing simulationists, and flight training specialists.
The most critical challenge faced by the client was to correlate all the in-game occurrences in real-time to provide appropriate physical sensations in the seat while playing a variety of game types. We created the custom software for the haptic seating device and custom firmware for the LED flooring device from scratch and incorporated both into 20+ game categories.

Each game runs on a different engine with unique event structures. Achieving millisecond-level haptic response consistently across 20+ titles without lag or signal loss was a critical technical hurdle.
Building Firmware From Scratch
The LED floormat had no existing firmware foundation. Engineering a reliable, real-time firmware system from zero, one that could sync perfectly with the haptic seat, demanded deep embedded systems expertise.
Mapping Hundreds of In-Game Events
Every game required individual mapping of dozens of triggers to precise physical responses. Maintaining accuracy and realism across racing, action, and flight simulation genres added significant complexity.
